Rachel release candidate expected Sept. 30th

The release candidate of Rachel is expected on September 30th, 2011.

This version is expected to have improvements and additional features, such as the following.

1. Improved output format and explanatory notes.
2. Definition of detector arrays from a simple text file.
3. Auto-loading of gamma-ray yield data for all detectors.
4. A change to Elast (Oak Ridge) for automated stopping power calculations.
5. Options to change stopping power data by hand.
6. Optional pop-up help tips.
7. Improved plotting functions.

The release candidate should operate properly for all available particle and Ge detector setups.
