Gosia is the primary analysis code for planning experiments and analyzing data for [[low-energy Coulomb excitation]] experiments. The original version was written at the University of Rochester in 1979 -- 1980 by [[Tomasz Czosnyka]], who maintained the code until his untimely death in 2006.
