Rachel setup file

One setup file must be created before running Rachel.  This is the <tt>.rachel_setup</tt> file, which should be placed either in the working directory or in the home directory.  The contents of the file are as follows:

The paths should be changed to locate the three files (the Gosia executable and the two BrIcc database files) and the directory in which the Rachel files have been installed.
